Beginning my career as a Big 4 CPA was driven more by practicality than passion. However, it was during this time that a recruiting firm first recognized something in me, something I couldn't quite see for myself at the time.
Although initially dismissing their offer, I eventually found myself drawn to the world of recruitment. It wasn't until I launched a bookkeeping business that I truly discovered that I LOVED finding new clients, building relationships, and making connections.

Finally, I made a deliberate choice to pursue recruiting, not as a practical choice, but as a conscious decision aligned with my newfound understanding of my natural talents and passions.
